GENERAL QUESTIONS

To retrieve your password, kindly send a mail to [email protected]. In the mail, let us know the name of the Church, Username and name of Pastor.
We will reset your password and mail the new password to you within 24 hours.

If you do not have Login details for your church, kindly contact your Zonal or Regional office.

Kindly contact an IMM technical personnel immediately by calling the helpline on the IMM streaming portal.

We recommend viewing Live Stream from a wired connection with a download bandwidth of at least 500Kbps. However, you may require higher speeds if you want
to view higher quality stream formats (Flash/ windows medium etc). To test your speed, go to www.speedtest.net. Bandwidth fluctuates constantly (especially on Wi-Fi and mobile internet),
so running 3 tests is highly recommended. As a general rule, your download bandwidth must be greater than the bitrate of the channel you're trying to view

Viewing a Live Stream channel takes place in the browser. Live Stream is compatible with most major browsers on most major operating systems. We recommend upgrading your browser whenever possible

Always use the latest version of Adobe Flash. Check your version of Adobe Flash (and upgrade if necessary) from the following link: http://www.adobe.com/software/flash/about/ We also recommend upgrading to the latest version of Java: http://www.java.com/en/download/index.jsp.

If you do not have Login details for your church, kindly contact your Zonal or Regional office.

Click on the chat window, enter your name and Church Location to begin chatting. Please note that this is required if the comment is to be published for all to see.

Move your mouse over to the bottom right of the Media player on the browser and click the "Full" button to enter Full Screen mode. To exit full screen mode,
click on the "ESC" key and it will take you back to the smaller window

OTHER QUESTIONS

Check your Internet access to see if it's still on/off. Also check if the signal strength is strong (depending on the kind of Internet access facility you're using to view the stream).
If it's off, check the Internet cable that is plugged to your Laptop or check your Wi-Fi connectivity. Thereafter; you can refresh your browser and login again. If it still persists,
it suggests that your Internet access is not running on the recommended (500Kbps & above) bandwidth speed, or it times out at intervals. ?

Just hold on, sit back and be on the watch because the stream is about to go live.

No, a member in a church cannot request for his/her login details. It is only the Zonal and Group churches that can request for login details.
